The Delta Saints are a self-proclaimed "Bourbon-Fueled Bayou-Rock" band. Their Southeastern US roots make for a lively blend of gritty ballads with rootsy organ tones and copious amounts of dobro. The raucous quintet has been writing and touring for 8 years since their formation as a pure live band in college. They have released 6 items to date: a few EP's, two full lengths and a live disc recorded in Bonn, Germany. The band tours extensively overseas, finding a large following across Germany and the Netherlands.
The Delta Saints' newest release, "Bones," channels their early influences, including the Allman Brothers, The Black Crowes, My Morning Jacket, and Jack White. The full-length was produced, mixed, and engineered by Third Man Records alum, Eddie Spear, who helped the band craft a sound that echoes of influences but is entirely their own.
